Avatar opens new Customer Care Center for homeowners

In its on-going effort to further improve customer service for its homeowners in Poinciana, Bellalago and the Isles of Bellalago, Avatar Properties Inc. has opened a new Customer Care Center at 2190 South Marigold Avenue in Poinciana.

Our new facility is designed to improve the quality of the entire customer experience from contract to closing and beyond,” said Jeannie Gonzalez, Customer Care Center manager.

The new building enables our team of customer care representatives to take homeowners through our 7-Step Customer Care Program and help them understand everything about their home and what they can expect from Avatar throughout the entire process,” she explained.

Avatar’s new 2,400 sq. ft. Customer Care Center will service new Avatar homeowners in Poinciana, ranked the second best selling master-planned community in the United States last year with nearly 2,800 sales, and Bellalago, Avatar’s upscale, gated community with over one mile of shoreline on Lake Tohopekaliga. The Center also will service homeowners in Avatar’s newest community, The Isles of Bellalago, a 345-acre master-planned community on Pleasant Hill Road currently undergoing initial site development.

Poinciana occupies 47,000 acres in northwest Osceola and northeast Polk counties and is currently home to more than 50,000 residents, while Bellalago has generated 724 sales in its first 28 months on the market and recently began site development in the sixth of 15 planned neighborhoods.
