Avatar introduces new line of single-family homes in Poinciana

Avatar Properties Inc. has rolled out the Mediterranea Collection, a new line of single-family homes that the company plans to introduce in several communities in Poinciana and other Central Florida locations later this year.

The Mediterranea Collection offers a total of nine 3- and 4-bedroom plans with up to 2,836 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living area.  Four 1-story and five 2-story designs all include attached 2-car garages.

Designed primarily for families, extended families, and couples that enjoy entertaining, plans come with 2, 2.5 or 3 baths, and a choice of three elevations each. Homes are currently priced from the mid-$200s, depending on community location.

Interior features include spacious family rooms or great rooms, formal living and dining rooms, private adult retreats with sitting areas and walk-in wardrobes, lavish master baths with oval soaking tubs and separate showers, and gourmet kitchens with breakfast bars, center work islands, and morning cafes.

Optional multifunctional spaces that give buyers the flexibility to personalize their homes include dens, media rooms, studies, lofts, additional bedrooms, game rooms, home offices, media rooms or hobby rooms.

To visually amplify floor plan dimensions, maximize outdoor views, and provide focal points that give character to the plans, Avatar has oriented site lines through windows and sliding glass doors; raised ceiling heights to nine feet or more; created arched room entries, plant shelves and wall niches; and made a number of attractive options available including bay windows and covered front and rear porches.
