Chalifoux plans $50-$60 million project in Poinciana

Kissimmee-based developer and general contractor Thomas Chalifoux has finished closing on a total of 36 acres in Poinciana Office & Industrial Park on which he plans the development of an estimated $50-$60 million mixed-use project consisting of approximately 500,000-600,000 sq. ft. of retail office and office warehouse space.

Williams closes on third 4-acre warehouse tract in Poinciana

Williams Property, Ltd., the development arm of The Williams Company, one of the largest commercial and industrial construction companies in the Southeast, has closed on its third 4-acre site in Poinciana Office & Industrial Park on which it plans to build a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
